However, do know we limit the availability of these appointments to make sure we have ample time when our current families need us. At times it can be a 1-2 month wait to get in for a first appointment. After your family has been seen for the first time, appointment wait times are shorter, and we also see scheduled urgent care / same-day appointments daily. If you don’t have a veterinarian and your pet is sick now, your best bet for quick care is to use one of Portland’s emergency/urgent care clinics: Portland’s emergency/urgent care clinics.
