HOPING TO ESTABLISH CARE? (Updated 11/13/2025) Unfortunately, we are not accepting new families at this time. We limit the number of new clients we accept in order to make sure we have ample time when our current families need us. We reassess if we can accept new families every few months based on our appointment wait times. If you have been to us before with other pets, then we are always able to see new pets from current families – just call or use our portal to schedule! If you don’t have a veterinarian and your pet is sick now, your best bet for quick care is to use one of Portland’s emergency/urgent care clinics.
